Internship Description

As an Event Planning Intern, you will assist our events team in coordinating and executing a variety of corporate and social events. This role offers hands-on experience in all aspects of event management, from concept development to on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing various events, including conferences, workshops, and social gatherings
• Help with vendor selection and management
• Support budget tracking and expense management for events
• Assist in creating event timelines, run sheets, and logistics plans
• Help with event marketing and promotion
• Contribute to post-event analysis and reporting

Who You Are

• Pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Basic understanding of event planning principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

• Experience with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
• Knowledge of social media marketing for events
• Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and setup
• Interest in sustainable event practices
