Internship Description

Golden Goose Events is an events staffing agency that specializes in proactive, English-speaking hostesses, brand ambassadors, promoters, sales staff, presenters, artists, and many other types of staff for promotions, events, trade shows, and marketing and retail campaigns across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns and events.
• Contribute to the coordination of event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Support in managing timelines and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of event-related tasks.
• Assist in communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth event operations.
• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the overall experience of retail marketing campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with the project manager to maintain accurate event documentation and reports.
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the project manager.

Who You Are

• Be currently enrolled in a university program related to Event Management or Project Management.
• Fluency in English language.
• Strong attention to detail and a concise and organised work ethic.
• The capability to quickly learn how to use certain tools like the Google Workspace apps.
• Be very sociable, and a clear communicator with a professional demeanor.
