Internship Description

Gain hands-on experience in planning and organizing international football events. You'll assist with logistics, scheduling, on-site execution, and marketing strategies. This role is ideal for organized, multitasking students with strong communication skills and basic Spanish knowledge or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing WFS events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Support the event management team in on-site event execution and attendee management
• Help develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations

Who You Are

• Pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
