Internship Description

As a Finance Intern at Mirah Property, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial operations of a luxury real estate company. Working closely with our finance team, you will support various financial activities and gain valuable insights into the intersection of finance and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes related to property investments, acquisitions, and developments. Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting and organizing financial data, preparing budget templates, and assisting in variance analysis. Help ensure accuracy and completeness of financial projections.
• Accounting Support: Aid in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external investors. Help compile financial information, key performance indicators, and analysis for management review and decision-making.
• Ad hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team. Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and special projects aimed at optimizing financial operations and performance.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
