Responsibilities
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.- Assist in drafting legal documents, such as memos, contracts, and pleadings.
- Attend court proceedings, hearings, and client meetings as required.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to analyze and interpret laws and regulations.
- Prepare summaries and analyses of legal documents and precedents.
- Assist in case preparation and trial support activities.
- Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to the legal team's knowledge base.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- Basic understanding of legal concepts and procedures.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a legal team.
