Internship Description

Support Parakar’s sales and marketing team by assisting in the development of marketing campaigns, lead generation, and client communications. This role is ideal for a Dutch-speaking student interested in expanding their knowledge of international HR and consultancy services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Create engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in our industry
• Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance
• Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing marketing materials

Who You Are

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Fluency English and good communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital marketing trends
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis

• Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
