Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and appeal of our luxury properties.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Collaborate in managing the company’s website, ensuring up-to-date and attractive property listings and content.
• Support the creation of digital marketing materials, such as email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional videos.
• Participate in organizing virtual and physical marketing events and open houses to showcase our properties.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in luxury real estate and digital marketing.
• Analyze social media metrics and website traffic to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our online presence.
• Work closely with the sales team to align social media and marketing strategies with business goals.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
• Strong interest in luxury real estate and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of social media strategies.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.
