Internship Description

As a Marketing Intern at Mirah Property, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury real estate marketing. Working closely with our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our properties, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging with potential investors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters. Ensure that content showcases the unique features and benefits of our luxury properties.
• Social Media Management: Support the management of Mirah Property's social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries. Help develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth in the luxury real estate market. Provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads and inquiries from potential investors and clients through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events. Help qualify leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Event Support: Provide support for marketing events, property showcases, and client presentations. Assist in coordinating logistics, preparing promotional materials, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
