Internship Description

Atlas Beach Fest is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join us as a Quality Assurance Intern at Bali's #1 Destination & Largest One-Stop Entertainment Center. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and service across our facilities and operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in quality assurance within the hospitality and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold standards of excellence in all areas of operation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and services to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with departmental managers and staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze data related to customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and operational performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the training of staff members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
