Internship Description

Findhu is a dynamic and growing recruitment company, boasting a team of 14 dedicated team members.Our office is located in the beautiful South Side of Lisbon, an area renowned for its excellent surfing spots. We predominantly work with international clients, offering a diverse and enriching work environment. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing Psychology or International Business (with a Recruitment or HR background). You will gain hands-on experience throughout the entire recruitment process—from researching candidate profiles to onboarding executives—acquiring valuable skills for your future career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Profile Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and understand the ideal candidate profiles for various roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening and Interviewing: Assist in the initial screening of applicants and participate in interview processes.
• Coordination: Help coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers.
• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and have a smooth transition into the company.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to recruitment, such as updating databases and maintaining records
• Client Interaction: Work closely with our international clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide exceptional service.

Who You Are

• Students majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, International Business or related field with a passion in recruitments.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch or Flemish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and research skills.
• Motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Have prior experience with HR Management and Recruitment Tools.
