Internship Description

You will be part of an international, energetic, and proactive Sales Team. Your tasks will involve contacting leads, doing visits and video calls to show the rooms, and do all the follow-up to the renting of the room in order to achieve the team targets.

Responsibilities

• Be in touch with potential customers, and turn them into tenants.
• Maintain a smooth and cordial communication with our leads, customers and team.
• Provide process information, inspire trust and clarify doubts.
• Proactively follow up with leads to get their feedback and close on sales.
• Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics.
• Use of the systems and company processes in order to keep all the information organised.
• Participate in lead generation strategies.

Who You Are

• Excellent communication skills and good relationship building capabilities.
• Advanced Spanish and English level, oral and written. Native level and other languages knowledge will be highly valued.
• Eager to learn , self-motivated, proactive with a strong focus on reaching team targets.
• High-energy and committed individual with flexibility to adapt to different situations. + Morning and afternoon time availability.
• Immediate incorporation.
• Good presence.
