Internship Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Intern to develop and execute our social media strategy for our surf swimwear brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for surfing and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. The role requires the ability to create engaging content, grow social media following, and drive sales through effective social media campaigns. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, specifically TikTok and Instagram Reels. This job involves brainstorming, planning, and executing creative ideas for short-form videos that resonate with the target audience. The role also requires staying up-to-date with current trends and using analytics to track performance and optimize content. Video editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in social media marketing are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy with the Founder to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Create and publish high-quality social media content that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
• Manage and grow social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Lemon8.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns that drive traffic and sales to the website.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual content such as photos and videos.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and industry developments to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Who You Are

• Willing to work in Canggu.
• Experience in social media marketing, preferably in the fashion or swimwear industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content.
