Internship Description

Boost Portugal is looking for enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team and support our tourism operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing tours, interacting with guests, and ensuring our tours run smoothly. Interns will gain insights into the tourism industry, develop strategic project skills, and play a direct role in enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing our shop and tour schedules
• Support in the management and maintenance of exhibition vehicles (e.g., bikes, tuk-tuks, segways)
• Assist in creating and preparing tour itineraries
• Participate in vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep
• Contribute to the strategic development of tour projects

Who You Are

• Passionate about tourism and hospitality
• Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with outdoor activities and interacting with tourists from diverse backgrounds

Nice To Haves

• Additional language skills, particularly Portuguese, Spanish, or French
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or tourism experience
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics (e.g., bicycles or electric vehicles)
• Basic first-aid knowledge or certification
• Experience in event planning or project coordination
